As much as we strive to keep our information timely and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee product availability. Mat Centre does not advise the customer on choosing the most suitable product for the application, however we do endeavor to provide a wealth of easy to understand information to help you make the right decision for your needs. We reserve the right to change any services, product prices or product specifications at any time.

Order Process
Your order will only be accepted and processed if received from within the UK, and you are 18 or over. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the unlikely event that you order a product that isn’t available, you will be notified by email and will have the option to either cancel your order, or wait until the product is available.

It is the customers’ full responsibility to ensure that all delivery, payment, phone number and email information is correct.

Due to the cost of high shipping rates, the ‘Free Delivery over £50’ only stands for UK mainland addresses. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days, but could take up to 7 days depending on stock, and type of product purchased i.e custom length. We reserve the right to refuse or reject orders placed by the customer and do not have to provide explanation. We employ professional carriers, however you must examine goods on arrival of delivery, and before signing for them. Any damages to goods must be reported to Mat Centre within the first 3 days if Mat Centre Ltd is to accept any responsibility.

Your Rights of Cancellation or Return
At Mat Centre Ltd, we want you to feel confident about buying from us online. So if you do change your mind, you can return the goods in their original packaging within 7 days after the date in which your item was delivered, however a re-stocking charge of 25% of the invoice value may be charged. In the circumstance whereby the customer wishes to return the product outside of the 7 day period, Mat Centre Ltd reserves the right to refuse delivery or may apply a re-stocking charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing (subject to a minimum 25% invoice value and a £5.00 minimum charge). If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will refund the full purchase price including postage. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns for the purchase of items that have been cut to size or custom made.

To cancel your contract, please pack the relevant item securely and send it to us with a copy of your order so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. The customer accepts full responsibility for cost and secure return of the item except in the unlikely event of receipt of a faulty or incorrect item, in which Mat Centre Ltd accepts responsibility. For your own peace of mind and protection, we suggest that you use a tracked and insured delivery service. Products must be returned to Mat Centre Ltd in their original condition and packaging and in a condition that will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. The refund will be instated upon receipt of items at Mat Centre Ltd.
If we have already sent your order to you, we will make the appropriate refund when we receive the items from you.

Please Note - custom size items cannot be cancelled or returned after order has been placed as we process order and start work immediately to ensure your delivery arrives on time.
